Visual observations only
Mobile Bay Property Watch provides scheduled property visits, visual observations, photo documentation, condition reporting, and local presence. It does not provide licensed inspections, engineering opinions, code inspections, or diagnostic testing.
Not property management or security
The service is not commercial property management, facilities management, security patrol, alarm monitoring, guard coverage, emergency response, or continuous site monitoring.
Vendor and contractor limits
Access and vendor verification services do not supervise contractors, certify workmanship, verify licensing, establish code compliance, test performance, approve work, or accept work on a client's behalf.
Scheduling and storms
Visit timing depends on routing, weather, access, and technician availability. Storm response is subject to safe conditions and is never guaranteed at a particular time.
